STEPS ON HOW TO REGISTER YOUR WRISTBAND FOR REFUNDS
STEP 1 – Create Your Account: Input your details and create your Digital Wallet here
STEP 2 – Add the your Smart Wristband Tag number or Ticket number: Pre-Festival you can set up your Digital Wallet by adding your ticket number into the required section, after you’ve swapped your ticket for a Smart Wristband, you’ll then need to set up your Digital Wallet by linking in the number on the back of your Smart Wristband tag.
STEP 3 – Applying for a Refund: Click the “Refund” section inside your Digital Wallet. From here you will be required to fill out the Refund Form in order to have your unspent purchased funds refunded back to your bank account.
International Refund Applicants: We encourage all international Festival attendees to get a refund from a Top Up Station before leaving the Festival. Should you not get your refund before leaving- all international Festival attendees are required to submit their Account Name, Country, Currency and IBAN number of their bank. Please be aware that all international account refunds incur a AUD $4 processing fee – prior to the currency exchange and transfer into your nominated bank account. Note: there may also be additional bank fees associated with your transfer taken by an intermediary bank. If you are unsure of your bank identifier IBAN or Sort Code (UK only), please confirm with your financial institution. Please note that bank accounts in the UK with a Currency of GBP (Pound sterling) do not require an IBAN number but an Account No and a Sort Code. If you are unsure of the details entered or wish to modify, please submit a complete second form to overwrite the existing request.
