- An adult proof of age card
- A recognised proof of age card (eg Keypass identity card)
- Australian driver licence or rider permit
- Passport (from any country)
- Foreign driver licence – Note: Where a foreign driver licence is not written in English, an international driver permit issued in the foreign country of origin (and including a photo of the licence holder and translation) should be presented with the foreign driver licence.
Will I need to register or have an account to buy a ticket online?
That’s so 2010, so no you don’t need to register or have an account to buy a ticket to Oktoberfest Brisbane. A Ticketbooth account will be created for you once your purchase has been completed. You can log in at any time and download your ticket.
I bought a ticket online but didn’t receive and email, help!
Don’t panic! Normally the ticket will arrive within a few minutes of your card being successfully charged. Please check your spam/junk folder just in case. If it doesn’t arrive, we can help. Just drop us a line to help – [email protected] with your name, Confirmation Id, and the email address used to purchase your e-Ticket.
What about refunds?
Refunds, cancellations or exchanges are not provided except as required by law, so please choose your tickets carefully. If you made a mistake and accidentally bought a ticket for the same day as your pet hamster’s birthday, give your ticket to a mate. Also keep in mind that Oktoberfest Brisbane is an all-weather Festival.
How safe should I keep my e-Ticket?
Safeguard your e-Ticket like you would your cash, because it’s essentially the same. If you lose it, anyone can use it.
