Glorious hearty flavours will combine when Mike and Ralph from Brisbane-based BBQ collective, the Shank Brothers, share their passion for cooking with culture-seekers at Oktoberfest Brisbane this Saturday, October 8.
Using local ingredients including emu from Tri It Emu Farm at Marburg and Pork from Meat at Billys in Ashgrove, they’ll be teaching you how to make mouth-watering sausages infused with the specially-crafted Dunkel Bier brewed by our friends at Burleigh Brewing Co.
They’ll top it all off with traditionally artisan fermented “Get out Kraut” from Picklehead Pickles and a schmear of homemade horseradish cream on bespoke Crust & Co light rye sourdough. Yum!
